Call it self care or self love
This session is a combination of down regulating breathwork, meditation and tea or cacao ceremony.
Bringing self care rituals and practises to you to support your over all health and wellbeing.
You are required to book your session prior to attending as this is held at a small studio with limited space.
You can choose single session or a 10 pass
