Weekly Breathwork Class: Your Time for Self-Care


This class is open to everyone—no previous experience necessary. It’s simply a time to come and breathe, nurture yourself, and care for your well-being. Each session is designed as an individual experience, so there’s no need to attend every week, we do encourage that you do to keep your nervous system regulated.

You’re welcome to join whenever you feel called to.


In this class, we’ll focus on regulating your nervous system, calming your mind, and creating a peaceful state to carry you through the rest of your week. It’s the perfect opportunity to practice self-love and give yourself the space to reset.


We have limited yoga mats and blankets aviablefor you to borrow.

Booking is required, and there’s no pressure to commit to every session. Just come, breathe, and experience the powerful benefits of conscious breathing in a safe, supportive space.
